This privacy notice has been prepared by SAGE Makine Servis Temsilcilik ve Limited Şirketi ("SAGE Makine"), acting as data controller, pursuant to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

Our website (sagemakine.com) has no membership system and no contact form that stores data on our servers. When you contact us:

• Phone / WhatsApp: Your full name, phone number, and the content of your message are processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and manage the sales and service process. Data exchanged via WhatsApp is additionally subject to the terms of service of WhatsApp LLC.
• Email: Your email address and message content are processed to respond to your inquiry and to conduct the business relationship.

Our site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Maps viewer on some pages may use cookies set by Google LLC under its own policies.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed solely for communication and business-relationship management, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: processing that is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and the "legitimate interest of the data controller."

3. Data Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, is not added to marketing databases, and is not transferred abroad (other than as inherent to the operation of WhatsApp and email infrastructure providers).

4. Retention Period

Data is retained for a reasonable period after your inquiry is resolved; where a business relationship is established, it is retained for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation.

5. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result.
