Which products do you work with?
Dried fruit (raisins, figs, apricots), nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), pistachios, pulses, IQF frozen fruit and vegetables, and potato products are our core focus; we also offer solutions for similar granular foods.
Do I need a license for an X-ray machine?
Yes. In Turkey, X-ray-emitting devices are subject to licensing by the Turkish Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NDK); the license application is made in the operator's name, and we share guidance on the process.
Are installation and operator training included in the price?
Your quotation clearly itemizes installation, commissioning, and operator training as separate line items — no surprise costs later.
How do service and spare parts work?
Service is managed from our Manisa headquarters; critical parts such as ejector valves, cameras, and LED modules are kept in stock in Turkey. Many software issues are resolved via remote connection.
